Your Maintenance Agreement gives you Peace of Mind in the event of any breakdown of your Satellite Equipment, including:
1. Satellite Receiver Box(s)
2. Satellite Dish
3. LNB
4. Cabling
5. Remote Control Unit!
6. Annual Maintenance Check
Don’t get stuck without.
To start the agreement, all you need to do is phone our advisors who will set up the maintenance agreement for you. Your equipment is then covered from the first payment date.
What to do, when you have a problem with your digital satellite equipment?
All you need to do is phone us on 0151 9285166 and speak to one of our advisors who will try to resolve the problem whilst on the phone to you. If the issue cannot be resolved on the phone, an engineer call out will be arranged to fix/replace equipment.The first payment includes the admin fee which is £25, followed by £7.59 every month after that.
If you prefer a one off annual payment, £89 is the total cost for a year’s agreement.Please see our full terms and conditions page for further details.
